On March 30, I made a purchase on Ebay Site from the above seller and as of this day; I have not received the item which I paid $99.99, or a refund after numerous contacts attempting same via phone calls to Ebay and emails to and from the seller "net bag". I am registering this complaint because the seller is still on Ebay; selling the same item for which I paid for and still never received. I believe this is fraud by the seller and they should not be allowed to continue on the Ebay Site and to do the same to any other consumers. Ebay also should be responsible for the sellers on their site who do not provide customers with the merchandise they purchase and pay for or to make sure a refund is retuned if the seller can no longer provide the items purchased. The item in question is as follows: NWT Party 100% Quilted Real Leather Shopping Tote Bag $99.99 #220958760918 ordered and paid for on 3/30. Thanking you in advance for your attention to my situation with hopes of a resolution to my satisfaction for a refund and making sure this seller is no longer allowed to sell to the public on this site.
