I purchased an HTC One X mobile phone from eBay.in and the seller is Delight Corner, Kolkata. The seller gave me a mobile without a registered IMEI number and gave me a one year seller warranty, but my phone stopped working in 28 days. When I called, the seller offered a paid service. When I complained to eBay against the seller, eBay did not hear my side and rejected my claim. I sent a legal notice but eBay didn't give any response. So don't purchase from eBay, they are cheaters and sell duplicate or stolen pieces.
