Today I ordered collagen product on a free trial after reading an article online at a cost of @2.95 for postage only. No indication was given when ordering this free trial, (I only became aware after confirmation email was received) that I was committing to further products at cost of £89.99 which they will deduct from my account every 30 days! I tried ringing the number 08081891405 numerous times - no response it just throws you into a loop without you being able to speak to anyone!!! I then emailed on the the email address given, to cancel the order: [email protected]. And received email back which says:
Dear Pure Collagen Customer,
Thank you for your email! Due to the increased volume of customer correspondence, we are not able to respond with our customary speed.
Please expect a 72 hour delay in our response. Know that your email has been received and will be responded to on a first come first serve basis.
All cancellation inquiries will be addressed and handled according to the date of the email and issued the appropriate refund according to our terms and conditions.
Finally, we kindly ask that you do not send multiple emails, as this will only slow our response time. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to addressing your email soon!

At this stage I am not confident that my order has been cancelled. I have also been taken in by a similar scam which I have detailed separately this was also in response to the same on-line advert which recommended that readers use both products together. As a result of my stupidity in being taken in by this I have now had to cancel my bank card with to prevent them from deducting further funds from my account! These companies should not be allowed to trade in such a misleading manner.
