My account was debited on 24 June in the amount of USD$160.56 prior to any further re-order. I called up their Australia contact number on 28 June and cancelled my initial sign-up for a free trial made on 29 May. It was only a computer generated response which took my call and gave me a Confirmation# 494302530 and said I will receive a confirmation email re my cancellation. To date, I have not received any email at all. My follow-up calls were unsuccessful. Additionally, Last 01 July I sent them an email through their website asking for a refund but have not received a response. I have notified my bank re this matter and requested a credit back.
