I am from New Zealand and I ordered 1 free trial of the pure collagen system on 11 May 13. The trial pack arrived in NZ on 22 May 13. On 23 May 13 much to my surprise a second 'free trial' of the pure collagen turned up - I did not order this at all. On the 21st and 27th of May several debits were deducted from my credit card amounting to approx. $500 nzd. I have tried to contact the customer support agency to obtain an address to return these products too but can't seem to get hold of anyone. I have put a block on my credit card and have cancelled any future amounts being deducted by this company. I would like to return the goods and get a refund as I don't believe I have had my 12 day free trial at all - this company have been misleading and as a result I am out of pocket for not just one free trial, but for a 2nd trial that I didn't even order.
