Ordered trial pack that was delivered early August. Since then my bank account has been debited by pure collagen/dermpure/digitally, boulder USA. For the amount of $561.26. I have received no products at all since the trial pack was delivered. After numerous calls to the USA from London we were given 2 email address to send our complaint and copy of charges drawn by the above companies, as they denied taking the monies from my acct. This was told to me by a man called Ralph. Both email addresses supplied by different staff at pure collagen were false. This is a shameful SCAM and I think the authorities in the USA should clamp down hard on this crooked company or companies. We were asked to send the trial back and we have heard nothing since BEWARE OF PURECOLLAGENSKIN/DERMPURE
