Signed up for a free sample of Pure Collagen on 13/8 and got a confirmation email from them immediately. After reading the small print in their confirmation email, I discovered that they would be charging me $99 AU a month for a refill. I emailed them back to cancel the order and gave my reasons for cancellation. When I didn't get any confirmation that they recieved my cancellation, I emalied them again. I still haven't received the 'free trail' but they took money from my visa on 30/8 and this was at least 10 days after I had emailed them twice. I had alot of trouble trying to contact them as the numbers on their site are not in service and only found a contact number through a complaint that I read on this site 1800773850, I spoke to a man called Joseph and he has assured me that my order is now cancelled and I will be re-imbursed the money. I also contacted visa and they are going to chase the transaction, as I don't know if I can trust Pure Collagen. Anyway it's the 5th September and I still haven't received my free sample. (I definately think it's all a scam).
