I ordered a steem press on the 22/07, it was delivered on the 23/07, it was not suitable and i phoned the company who agreed to have it collected and they would send a better model as a replacement. It arrived o0n the 25/07, again not suitable and was told by coopers that i would have to send it back at my expense, which i did. It was sent by parcel-force on a 48 hour delivery, the parcel was delivered and signed for by them on the 25/07. My wife phoned them and spoke to mr hall who was very abrupt and told her they would make a refund less the 2x delivery and one collection charges, over £40 pounds. Their web site states free delivery and they confirmed this on the phone, they also state on the web site of a refund in 2 working days. I have been told today that i have to contact mr hall next monday to arrange a refund less these charges
