UPS - United Parcel Service UPS Screws up the delivery and to add insult refuse to refund the delivery charge!

I shipped a early AM letter... Next Day Air Early AM... It was only going less then 100 miles.

Shipped on 12/23 delivered on 12/29

I can not find any place on their web site and no one at UPS told me no refunds on deliveries shipped 12/23 thru 12/24 they even said it would get their on the 24th

Way to go you UPS idiots!

UPS said to bad we take your money for a next day air and we can take as long as we want for the delivery and no refund.

And these people want to take over the USPS? What a joke.
