The company didn't collect my parcel on the agreed day. I had to re arrange for collection the next day having waited in all day for 2 days they finiaal collected in the evening of the 2nd day.
I paid for a next day delivery and 4 days later it still hasn't been delivered. My parcel can no longer be tracked on their website and it is impossible to get in touch with them. There is no telephone number or email address on their website. I have spoken with 4 different people on online chat but I am not getting anywhere. They say they will email you with an update and don't. They are totally useless.
