I went online in August and ordered a free sample of Slimtone Plus and Body cleanse. The order arrived within a couple of days. I gave out my card information for the free sample which was around £5.00. Soon after that there were two debits; one for £37.50 and one for £75.00. I gathered that was in the terms and conditions. On 12 September two further debits went out of my account. One for £37.50 and one for £75.00. At around the same time a parcel was attempted to be delivered at my address but the GPO could not post it so sent it to their depot and I was notified. I called Slimtone and spoke to their advisor who said they would cancel my account. When I went to the GPO to collect the parcel which was already paid for I was advised because I had not collected it within 3 weeks it had been returned to SlimTone. I rang SlimTone right away and was advised they could not refund me until they had the parcel back on their premises. They advised me to contact them again at the end of October to chase up the refund if it had not already been actioned. Is there any way I can keep track of them to ensure I get the full refund I am entitled to?
