Arranged by phone for UPS Express delivery, confirmed it would go Express. Sent and paid for Express of item to Inverness, Scotland, on 27th of November. From Victoria Canada. Parcel picked up and ticked Express. Arrived in Richmond B. C on eve of 27/11/09, Where parcel was down graded, without asking me, notifying me of changes to my parcels status. Still not arrived. Web tracking said (5.15am Canadian time) At 6.22am British time it arrived in Edinburgh. 4hrs from Inverness. When I phoned to see what it had been doing for 8hrs I was told it went to Glasgow. Which is further away from Inverness. It stated it was due to be delivered 10/12/09 that's tomorrow. Now 8hrs later at 6.30 Canadian time this has been changed again. Its not due to be delivered until 11/12/09 that's Friday. That's 2 weeks. So brown
