Ordered flowers on March 1 to be delivered on March 3. Flowers were not delivered. Called on Monday, March 5 - and was told they had a delivery problem. As of Monday, they still did not have a time of delivery. The opportunity for the recipient was over - I no longer wanted the flowers sent. Asked for a refund. As of today, March 6, they told me they would only refund the cost of the flowers - not the tax or delivery charges which total $22.37. Since nothing was delivered or made for delivery, this is nonsense. I have contacted American Express to not pay this vendor.
