On or around June 14, my mother recieved a call about heath benifits that were being offered. They obtained her checking account number and charged her accound for the above amount ($447.43) after she told them she wanted to cancel the offer. They advised her to wait 20 days for a refund, well it is over a month and no refund and this 888-778-0073,3rd party number is advising to wait another 7 days. I am filling acomplaint with law enforcement and her bank who were told to put a hold on the account.
