We have purchased the above units selected by JCI for our use in a project. After all was sent we installed as indicated in the installation. On heating the system does not funtion. We where later told that the section needs more parts to be installed such as expansion valves, liquid receiver's ect. This selection was done JCI and now they expect us to do this work for them. Any way we accepted. Now we have asked them what to install and they told us you have to work itr out yourselves??? We need desperate help form USA head office as the peaple in the UK are unprofessional and they do not help. I have e-mails of everything that i can prove. We have thousands of Euro's held by our client because of this situation..
