Not worth any stars
Their website stated “SAVE $10 on all flowers” and each arrangement showed it discounted by $10. Nowhere did it state that the offer only applied to one arrangement but that is what I was told after I placed the order. Then,
my order was not delivered complete and the way the mistake was handled was totally unacceptable. After waiting over 45 minutes on the phone for customer service, I was told that the error would have to be handled by a different support department and they would call me back. Don't hold your breath for a call back as I am still waiting a day later.
You can be sure I will never use them again.
