Two orders that were Horrible and now I am done

In I ordered an arrangement for my mother that was well over $100 and it showed up in a cheap vase (not the vase sold on the website) with filler flowers (not the expensive flowers pictured on the website) and the flowers that arrived were already starting to die. They did send another arrangement out but that was after I sent my mother dead flowers. The gesture was somewhat killed

I also ordered on 5/4/09 flowers for my grandmother to be delivered on 5/7/09. The flowers never showed up and they are telling me they cannot guarantee ad elivery date. Huh? Why do they allow you to check the date of delivery on the order.

I am still sitting on the phone after 45 minutes of trying to figure out when my flowers will be delivered and they still can't seem to confirm a date.

Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. Ordering flowers for someone should be a joyful experience. This is just too painful.
