I ordered flowers from Teleflora to be delivered on May 18th. To my surprise and embarrasement with my friend who went to her office to pick up a "surprise", the flowers were not delivered. I called the company and got the "I am sorry" discourse. They promised me the flowers would be delivered in the mornig of May 19th and that happens to not be the case either. I called Teleflora and spoke to a manager and a supervisor. The flowers were not delivered today either!!! That is beyond unacceptable!!! I really looked like a fool to my friend. So, if you don't want this to happen to you, I would NOT order from Teleflora. Stay away from their inability to fulfill their business duties.
