Worst teleflora experience ever

This was the worst Teleflora experience I have ever had because: selecting the flowers to be delivered was a group effort coordinated via email among several co-workers. Once the final arrangement was selected, and everyone was happy with what was selected, the flowers were paid for, but when they were delivered, they were NOTHING like what we spent days/hours selecting. I was so embarressed because the chosen arrangement was sent out in an email to all those who participated financially; and when I got the picture of the flowers from the recipient, I was very very disappointed - The roses that should have been white, were hot pink! The lillies that should have been a pastel pink, were a funky yellow orange! It was ridiculous! Then, to make matters worse, we opted to upgrade to the deluxe arrangement - so the delivery cost us over $80!!! And not only did we get the wrong colors, but we did not get $80 worth of flowers either! Teleflora (or whoever put the floral arrangement together) did not even notify me in any way that the selected arrangement was not available. It would have been nice to at the least, been notified that the flowers were not available - this would have allowed us to decide on an alternative. But, to no avail, my complaints to Teleflora did not end up with delivery of the correct flowers, nor did we get a full refund.
