Received a free trial offer from Hydrawhite. Paid $4.90 for shipment of product. After realizing Hydrawhite charged my credit card in the amount of $78.41, plus an additional $85.73 (which I had found out later), I immediately called and spoke with 'Hazel'. Hazel informed me that I have two options; I can either take a partial refund of $45 or I can receive a full refund in the amount of $74.41. Hazel outline the only condition being that I must send the product back within 15 days for a "complete" refund. The next day, I sent back the package they had sent me and paid $20.10 Cdn to ship the package back with tracking. The following Monday, I received another package from Hydrawhite. Turns out the newly received package was the item they wanted me to return rather than the one I sent out! I called Hydrawhite and spoke with a male customer service rep, who told me to send back the current package and told me I now have an extended time to return the package due to being mislead. (May 30th was the deadline he gave me). Sent back the parcel on April 25th, which cost me $10.10 Cdn. No refund was issued, so I called Hydrawhite on May 19th. Different male customer service rep had told me that they received my parcels, can't issue a refund because I didn't write an RMA# on the parcel! I was livid at this point and requested to speak with his manager but service rep kept saying that the manager is not in. When asked to at least get the managers name, the customer service rep hung up on me and blocked my number for the rest of the night! Called Hydrawhite back the following day and spoke with Hazel again. Hazel was now saying that they cannot issue a refund because I didn't write the RMA number on the package. She now claims that Hydrawhite sent me an email that indicated the RMA# to be written on the parcel before being returned! She stated that the instructions about the RMA# are on their website yet she made no mention of an RMA# when I first spoke with her. There was never any mention of me having to check my email prior to shipping the parcel! How is that in anyway convenient?!?! Anyways, Hazel was adamant on not issuing a refund, but had the audacity to inform me that I am eligible for another offer?!?! Really?! You can't be serious! Hydrawhite is a complete scam with the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with.
