HydraWhite has a pop up ad stating that you can receive a sample of their product for $1.03 plus $3.87 shipping. I ordered one on March 20th, using my credit card. On March 20th, my credit card was charged $1.03; on March 21st, the card was charged $3.87; on March 27th the card was charged $94.31.
On May 1st, I called the phone number of 855-840-4928 and spoke to the supervisor, Matt. He said the offer was for a TRIAL, not a sample. He stated I had 30 days to send it back or be charged. My credit card was charged 7 days after the order. He finally said that I could return the product in 15 days for a full refund and gave me the RMA number for the package and their address of 7565 Commerce Way, Unit E, Henderson, NV 89011.
I took the product to the USPS immediately on May 1st, sent it back, with a letter inside, and paid for tracking on the package. The package was received May 3rd, per USPS.
On May 1st, I received a call from the Fraud Division of my credit card company informing me that a charge of $105.22 (for groceries) had been made against my credit card from 855 840-4928 (HydraWhite).
May 10th, I called Jeffrey at HydraWhite 855 840-4928 who said the product had been received, and he would process credit.
I have had to cancel my credit card.
As of today, no credit has been received.
May 30th, Matt from HydraWhite left a message that I was not charged for April, but no refund would be issued, leaving another phone number of 855 849-1954 (7 AM - 7 PM Mountain time).
