I had a "free" trial offer. Then I was charged $78.41 for additional products that I didn't want or ask for or give permission to be charged for! I sent the products back, exactly as they asked me to do, with all the information and within the 30 day return policy, and they refused any refund, saying that I didn't write the return number on the package— which I had done exactly as she had told me to do! I am still nursing my son and this is a product that I found out I can't even use because of nursing. So, I can't use the trial pack, I paid to mail the other product back, and did everything they asked, and they have refunded $0!
