On 1/4 I seen an ad online for a free trial of BellaBrite it would only cost $1.03 for shipping. On 1/6 I received a email of my order conformation. I didn't want to receive future shipments so I went to their Web site and clicked on the cancel order. It asked for my email address I typed it in and it said they hadn't received my order and that it probaly didn't go through yet and to try again later, I did not try back right away. I figured that I would have time to cancel because it was a free trial offer. On 1/11 I received the product in the mail, when I opened the box I noticed the product was called HydraWhite I put the product to the side until I had time to read instructions on how to use it. On 1/15 I was checking my checking account balance and noticed a charge for $94.31 I called the bank to find out what this debit was for, they said it was for HydaWhite. I went online to look up BellaBrite to ask about this charge they again told me I hadn't ordered anything after further conversation they said do you mean HydraWhite, and because that was the name on the product they then gave me the number for HydraWhite, I called the number and spoke to someone who said I couldn't receive a refund because I didn't do it within the time limit. I began to argue with this person and they finaly said I could only receive $60.00 of my money back if I returned the product back to them and gave me specific instructions on how to do this, so I just sent the package back today 1/15 don't know what the outcome will be but It must be a scam because when I went back online to check this out I noticed that BellaBrite and HydraWhite had the same address. I didn't even open the product and use it and I'm only going to receive only $60.00 back that's just not right.
