I signed up to receive free sample of Hydrawhite on line for a charge of $1.03. I received in the mail two items, trial and complete set. No information was sent to me in the package.in reviewing my bank statement I found that I was now being charged 76.00 plus I had been charged This was never mentioned. I telephone Hydrawhite, was told I had agreed to the charges as an e-mail was sent to me and I never responded to it. I had not received any e-mails from them. They informed me that I had gone pass the time of cancelling and getting a full refund. Again they said it was all in the e-mail. I demanded to speak to a Supervisor was told they would call back which I'll be waiting.
The thing that really sucks is that when I made the first call I told the person on the phone "if I'm going to be charge anything ever besides the shipping DON'T send me anything."
This company Sucks!!!
