I also received a package that I did not order for Kolon Clenz. No reciept, no packing slip, no invoice. The return address was from wellness partners, an address in Provo UT. I googled and traced to a DR's office in Utah. When I called them they had received over 40 calls about this and told me they rent this office space as others do and gave me a number to call. When I called that Number is was an office in Atlanta GA, was told it was a call center for the HCG diet Drops and that they were going out of business. They said although they have no information as to why this was sent to me nor any billing information they can supply to me, they would send me a refund via check in 10-14 business days. Yeah right! I went through all my cresit card accounts and found the charge, contacted the credit card company and immediately filed a disput. I would recommend that if you received this package do the same. This is the info I can provide about the charge transaction.
