Noticed UNauthorized charge on bank account from network 36 holdings llc called number on bank statement after putting up fight was told would be issued a check in the mail in 7-10 business days. On july 31 the 10th business day no check was mailed went to my bank explained what had happened teller asked me to call company and verify no check had been sent, spoke to the person directly who guarenteed refund check he then wanted to credit my account and needed my account number which i argued with him and informed him that card had been cancelled and asked why they hadnt done that in the first place and im not giving new bank info the peron then told me that becaue the account was closed that i was not getting a refund and hung up on me. Luckily the bank teller was there and over heard and advised me to file a complaint which at that time i did. I recieved a credit to my account from my bank and the were investigating the charge on oct 19 bank informed me the credit was being reversed due to info received of having a tracking number the package with tracking number is a bottle of colon klenz now im back at square 1 to get refund
