I received a bottle of Colo-Klenz with no invoice by mail from Wellness Partners, 2122 S. 950 E., Provo, UT 84606-6163. I did not order this supplement, nor do I know how they got my credit card information. I checked my credit card statements and there it was, an unauthorized charge for $99.90.By Network 36 Holdings LL Alahambra, CA, I called my credit card and they say is categorized as THEATRICAL PRODUCERS.
