• noticed an unauthorized debit from my checking account on 7/12 in the amount of $99.90
• researched for vendor, Network 36 holdings phone number 323-224-9232. When called the phone only rings. No message machine.
• Contacted my bank to cancel my debit card
• bank representative tried to contact vendor also. Phone rang for him also. He suggested that I go into a local branch and dispute the charge and ask for a new debit card.
7/18/12
• Received envelope from Wellness Partners with a product inside called Colo-Klenz. – no other paperwork enclosed
• Called number on bottle – out of order
• Researched number for Wellness Partners – called the number and was told by an operator that they have received several phone calls regarding this product and this was not the correct company. I was then told that that they have another number that they have been directing everyone to.
• I then received phone number 801-877-8822. Called this number and was told that this was a distribution center and I was given another number
• I received phone number 678-224-5981. Called this number and received an operator that told me that they were a call center and didn’t know much about the company that hired them 2 days earlier. They were fielding 100’s of calls and was told to tell the clients that we ordered the product HCG Diet Drops on line for $99.90. (note the product in the envelope is called Colo-Klenz) I explained to him that I did not order it and if it was legitimate why isn’t there any paperwork with the shipment explaining how to refund? He reiterated that he could not help me since they did not know anything about the product or company that hired them to field calls.
This company is a scam!!!
