On June 30, $99.90 from Network 36 Holdings LL Alhambra CA was charged to my credit card. I called my card and filed a complaint. They credited my card for the $99.90. Later I received in the mail an envelope containing Colo-Klenz dated JUly 16 which I did not order. The return address is Wellness Partners of 2122 950 East, Provo Utah 84606-6163. There was no invoice and the product had a disconnected phone number printed on the label (1-888-286-4296). The Welness Partners in Alhambra Ca is not the same company. Several years ago I ordered this product and canceled it after finding it was not as advertised and did not work for me. I am reporting this whole matter to the USPS also.
