After emailing back and forth since July, I have yet to receive my photo canvas (that I intended to give to my father for his birthday)... On September 13, I received an email stating the package would ship the next day and that I should expect a tracking number. Twelve days later, I have yet to receive anything from this company except frustration. I am NOT going to use this company again.
