On Monday, June 11 I placed three different orders with three different fulfillment houses:
Canvas People, MyPix2Canvas and Image Canvas.
I received two of the three orders on Wednesday, June 20 (coincidentally).
Image Canvas was the only outstanding so I emailed them on Friday, June 22 to inquire about the status of my order.
After the receipt of two un-empathic, cold emails I called to speak to a person. She was pleasant but uneffective.
On Wednesday, June 27 I got an email requesting my permission to proceed with the order since there was a cropping concern %u2013 one which I felt I had previously addressed via the initial order and with the woman whom I spoke to on the telephone on June 22. Nonetheless, I sent my prompt reply back stating to please proceed and got a confirmation that you were that same day.
Today is Tuesday, July 9 and I still haven%u2019t received my canvas wrap or order update. The order was placed on Monday, June 11.
Again I have purchased SEVERAL canvas wraps over the last year as a professional photographer and I%u2019m always happy to experiment with new vendors to see examples of their work and customer care. Image Canvas has failed on all accounts.
Completely dissatisfied!!!
