In July of I bought a Living Social coupon for a print by Image Canvas. I intended to give the print to my father for his birthday. I placed my order within a few weeks and immediately got an email stating that my picture was too small to make a quality print. The rep never gave me any specific info about picture requirements (even though I asked multiple times), so I was forced to email her back and forth for several weeks before I got word that the image would finally work. As of 9/25, the last I've heard from them is on 9/13—that my image is ready to ship and I would receive the tracking number the next day. I have yet to receive anything more than an headache from these people. My father's birthday has come and gone, and we are now quickly approaching the holidays.
I'm very disappointed in Image Canvas' service—it seemed the rep had no clue about how to communicate the company's needs to me, and I was left just floundering in the dark trying to figure out what they wanted. Now, I can't even reach anyone to see where my picture is, and I'm NEVER going to recommend or use Image Canvas' services EVER again.
