I purchased a canvas approximately 6 weeks ago and have yet to see it arrive. The webiste states that delivery can take up to 4 weeks... The company is based out of Houston, TX and I live in Austin. How have I STILL not received it? Not only have I emailed the customer service department twice, (with no response), but I cannot get through on the phone lines when trying to follow up in an alternate way. I am very disapointed in the customer service and lack of communication from this company. I will not order from them again, nor do I recommend their services to any of my peers. Clearly, this is a gift that will not arrive on time.
