I bought the living social deal on 9/24 and ordered my 1st 16X20 canvas (thick) the next day 9/25. After reading all the fine print Iwas aware of how long it could take not just for shipping but the manufacturing part as well & being in peak season as it does state clearly & only counting bus days plus even longer for custom & orders that aren't "print ready". I received my canvas on 10/24 and it is gorgeous!!! The colors, brightness everything! Absolutely love it! So we wanted to get 2 more of our wedding to hang all 3 together on same wall but we were concerned about the other pics we wanted as far as quality & resolution. I contacted them via email with pics asking if these will work as well as several questions I had, I got a quick reply letting me know 1 of the pictures is a low resolution photo & will not turn out well, I have been in contact by email & have sent in different pictures to check quality & have received extremely quick responses with great service and answers to all my questions. Once I find the photos that will work I will be ordering 2 more and more in the future as well!!!
I have read all the past reviews & I am just so glad that I didn't come accross these reviews before I gave them a try because sadly if I had I probably wouldn't have bought the deal & ordered from them and then I wouldn't have the most beautiful canvas print of our hands with our wedding rings. I do alot on line and have to say communicating & waiting for responses to some places is a headache but with this has just been wonderful, for example, I just emailed them with a pic for quality check @ 8:38am today & @ 9:01 they responded with an answer!!! They have been nothing but efficient, fast, & extremely helpful!!!
If you need a canvas on a deadline, go somewhere else & pay through the nose, but if you aren't in a hurry & want a quality canvas to show off in your home, I am telling you ignore these bad reviews and give them a chance!!! Email them first to answer any questions & check quality/resolution of your picture, by their response time & answers you should be able to have your own feeling about them even before placing your order just please don't turn away from Image Canvas soley on these horrible reviews.
