I ordered my canvas on June 6th for my father in-laws birthday on July 7th thinking a month would be fine since it could take 15-20 days to process that would leave me with some cushion. I just received the canvas today July 11th. This is totally unacceptable, however better than a lot of reviews I have read. I e-mailed the company about 3 different times and when they still had not shipped my order 30 days after I ordered it I informed them I would be contacting the BBB and living social.By some miracle it was shipped that very night and was received just 2 days later. Unfortunately the quality is poor. My picture color is dull and the sharpness is nothing like the picture I sent. I have used the same resolution pictures on larger canvas prints in the past with much better clarity. Do not use this company!
