I booked a 2 bedroom hotel room online in march of this year. I called the location after I booked to confirm my room and my reservation and was told I was all booked. I called yesterday to confirm again and was told the room I booked does not exsist so I went online and sure enough it is advertised. I compained to manager and to several other with no resolve. I cant get a refund or the room I wanted so I am now stuck with a room that is to small. I am a manager at a large company and my company and employees spent alot of money at travelodge hotels nation wide and I would hate to have to send bad references and file further complaints if not resolved, but I will. This is false advertising and even the manager could look at the site and say it was incorrect. To this day I have not recieved a phone call back or my money refunded or atleast a discount. I am very frustrated that travelodge conducts busness in such a way.
