DO NOT EVER book with Travelocity! I recently one of their agents fail to confirm a hotel reservation for me in Reno. I had a flight cancellation and could not make my original reservation. I called to change the date to the end of my trip, so I could still use the room and the travelocity agent failed to confirm the changes, but told me everything was fine.
I got stuck there with no hotel, was told the place was booked solid, and then had to pay again to get another room. I was then sent to a hotel that did not exist after waiting for two hours on the phone with their agents trying to get a room to stay in. We finally determined that the second room ended up being in the SAME hotel for LESS than I originally booked it! I still have not received a refund for the original booking, even though this was the company's error.
This is only brushing the surface of this issue, definitely the WORST SERVICE EVER. STAY AWAY! I tried to not give them any stars, but the system would not let me.
