I booked a room through Expedia.com requesting a room in Selma, Texas. They booked me for a room in downtown San Antonio. During my first call to customer service, a call center in India, I was disconnected. During my followup call, I was told by a manager that they would gladly arrange a room for me in the location I requested - but I would still have to pay for the room in downtown San Antonio - as well as the new room. They were very rude and I received extremely poor service.
