I signed up for this about a month ago and after not making any money (or spending more money to lose it) I called them today to get a refund. Earlier today while I was at work a gentleman by the name of (I believe) "Ted" called me from 208-262-3407 asking how it was going and if I needed help. I said "nope, I need to cancel this and get my money back". After trying a gimmick to say I may need help to continue it, he gave up and said to call 877-387-1585 for a full refund. I just called them and the woman stated she could only give me a refund of $8.83. I laughed at this and said your kidding me. She said that I was over my 30 day policy and I said excuse me? By 2 days? I clearly told them my situation as I have been traveling for 2 weeks non stop and have not had the time to call them to cancel, as well as I already tried emailing to cancel and she still said no. I threatened to call the BBB and sue them, as they have over billions of dollars of claims against them. Finally after listening to me she gave in and actually told me "stop, just stop" and that she would override it and that i'll get my refund in 3-5 business days. Do not waste your time or money with these idiots! They are thieves!
