In october i rec'd email for smokless cigarette to give to my brother for chrstmas to try and help him stop smoking. I order trials all the time so the 1st thing i look for is cancellation information there was none... Here it is end of novemver and all of a sudden my bank is missing 99.67 when i call for refund they only want to go over terms and conditions stating i had 14 days to cancel explained there was nothing saying such when i ordered i looked... And i want a full refund they agreed to $40 plus 2 month supply i declined and requested full refund i did finally give up and took the $40 but decline the additional products called back after reading other complaints and refused to end call without the full refund rep came back with another product offer declined told her if she couldn't get me the full refund put someone on that could after several other holds she finally came back with the remaining refund of $59.67 after 35 minutes
