Empire today
Have not received Empire today refund from cancelation - Carpart installation cancel

DO NOT work with Empire Today! I canceled my order for carpet with them - per my rights and THEIR cancellation policy. I canceled it the day after I ordered it. Well, that was weeks ago and I am STILL waiting on my refund (which THEIR policy says should only take 10 days)! I have called MANY times... Always told different things! I was told that I would get a refund check issued to me in the mail, but now I am being told that I will get a credit card refund... But of course it will be five more days (so they say...) Every time I call I get a different story, and if I don't get a refund back in five days I will go to the BBB, etc... Shouldn't be surprised based on their customer service ratings here.
