Originally started this program on 01/29, in an attempt to bring in extra income for the household with the understanding there was a 2-month money back guarantee. However, when I called on 03/21 to cancel my account and receive my refund I was given a confirmation number and told that I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Well, 3-5 business days went by and I saw no refund. I then called Online Profit Masters again on 03/30 and was told the refund never went through, the person apologized, and said I should receive it w/in 3-5 business days. Well, today in 04/10 and I've yet to receive my refund of $97.00. Therefore, I called again today, spoke w / George who informed me I was outside my "30-day refund period". Their policy only allows/permits a refund w/in 30 days. I argued this w / him and asked to speak w / a supervisor. He kindly referred me to a supervisor who also informed me I was beyond their "30-day refund period". I argued w / her stating I have a printout w / the http address as "Online Profit Masters" promising me a "2-month money back guarantee"! She also informed me that during my 2nd call, I was informed I was beyond the refund period, of which I was NOT informed!!! Needless to say, I'm not happy and I let her know this, told her they were a "friggen" scam and hung up!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! How can I fight them for this??? Any help would be appreciated! =d
