I had a charge on my bank account on may 25th from this company when I never purchased anything from them. The first time I called and the person was very rude on the phone when I asked about the charge she eventually just hung up the phone on me. I called back a second time and the lady was a bit more helpful so I followed there refund policy by filling out the form and faxing it to them, I received a call the next day and was told the money would go back into my account within 30 days. Today is 7/3 and I still have not got my refund. I called again and the Tracy a rep told me she would do a follow up and I should have my money within 5days but when I asked for a name of the person she would follow up with she got annoyed with me and said she didn't have to deal with this she eventually hung up the phone on me. So after this conversation I went down to my bank to dispute the transaction because this seems to be the only way I will get my $99.49 back. I also reported them to the BBB and sent them an email to tell them I am doing this.
