This company charged my account on 3/9 for 3.95 and said that i would be getting 200 dollars in coupons for home depot. I never recieved the coupon and then today i look at my account and they have charged me 149.90 for some membership. I never agreed to a membership for that amount the only thing i agreed to was the 3.95.
Anyway i called them wanting my money replaced and they told me that they would send out a form to me to fill out then i had to send that form back into them before i would get a complete refund. So i said to them what makes you think that i believe that you will send me out this form, i mean i never recieved the coupons for the 3.95 i gave you. Anyway to make a long story short i asked to talk to the ladys supervisor and she told me that he was on the phone that he couldn't talk to me at this time and i told her that i was going to talk to him before i got off the phone with them, she finally put me on hold for a few minutes and then got back on and said mam i talked to my supervisor and he told me to tell you the same thing that i had already told you. I told her that this wasn't going to work for me and that i was going to talk to him or her and she just finally hung up on me.
I called right back and didn't get an answer ao i waited about 5 mins and called back again. I got another lady and i just immediatly said i would like to talk to your supervisor and she hung up on me again. So i waited about 10 mins or so and called back (after i had already called my bank) and i got a man this time.
I explained to him what was going on and he told me the same thing that the first person told me. These people are scam artist. Oh and btw when i call a voice mail come in and it says thank you for calling premire benefits.
