With my cell phone dead and very little change in my pocket, I was forced to use a public telephone with my credit card, twice. I thought I was being charged $0.50 plus a service charge of a dollar or two.instead - I was disgusted to see charges of $11.69 each, with no warning or indication beforehand of the charges.
It is a form of extortion for those who - often in urgent circumstances - need to use a public phone. Shame on WIMACTEL! Shame on Bell Canada for using such a disreputable company for its network of phone booths.
