Need to go for operation, dr submit request and motivation by fax, fax showed delivered ok. Fax send 10.54 in morning and again at /-14.40. I called 2 times myself... No respond, system did not even show that fax was send. Waited on line for 5min for response, person did not even came back with answer. Phone just went dead. I am not the only person that's unhappy with GEMS please they need to really improve their service we are paying every month, they need to improve...
