I am in dispute with Directv about a $240.00 Early Cancellation Fee they are charging me with, after being their Customer for several years. I asked them to supply me with a signed copy of the Agreement where I agreed to this fee. To date - I have not received any reply from Directv in any form. Then today, Directv processed a transaction for payment of the above amount using stored information from prior payments, without my knowledge or my authorization. Can they legally do this?
