Paid 200 for a phone less than 1 year had to be replace because phone was freezing up, not turning on, not charging. Metro said it was a defect in phone. Metro order us another which I thought was new. Said that samsung fixed problem. Paid $10 for ship/handling. Got another phone less than 2 months phone doing same thing. Took phone back metro refuse do do anything stating the phone has corrosion where you plug the phone up to charge. Phone has no water damage. So where did corrosion come from? Could have been there before i received it. Who looks for corrosion Metro said take it somewhere to be cleaned. What shall I do? The phone I have now will charge but will not come on. Metro refuse to doing anything. I work to hard for my money to let it be thrown away. When I just paid the bill. Metro won't repair. I need a solution.
