I opened a letter today from Budget Source stating "During your enrollment, your electronic signature was received (?) authorizing us to charge you a 'subscriber' a fee of $34.95 every month, or the then current subscriber fee, after a free trial period of 17 to the credit or debit/check card you have provided ending in the number (the last 4 digits of my credit card). After your 17 day trial, charges will be submitted on approximately 12/15/2023 and every 30 days thereafter. Also, we rely on independent distributors to sell our membership programs, we want your feedback on how your enrollment was handled."
Not a word about what this purchase was for!
I called to inquire and was told that I enrolled with them last year in the fall. When I asked what this purchase was for, she quibbled and quickly said that she would cancel if I was not satisfied, quickly spoke about a 'money back guarantee, wished me a good afternoon, and hung up!
