WE upgraded and bought a new phone on May 13. Upgrade and new cell and activation cost $138.00. The sales lady sold us a plan so he could keep his old phone number. On the 18 of May phone was cut off, he paid 30.00 more. On May 25. They cut off phone again, on May 26, paid $53.00 and on May 29. Called the store manager Sales rep. Set up total new plan and all money invested went toward new plan everything OK next payment date is July 1. June 1 phone not working need old number to reactivate plan. June 2 took phone into store set up where everything is OK. June 4, phone off they want 41.00 then they went down to 21.00 by June 5.
